Transaction Profile

MedEquity Capital originates and typically leads the transactions in which we are involved. We originate transactions using a sector-based investment strategy for identifying companies within attractive sectors of the healthcare industry. We pursue equity investments between $10 and $30 million and consider both control and non-control transactions. We are flexible with respect to the structure of our investments though they normally take the form of preferred equity. We are open-minded to including some amount of founder's liquidity in our transactions and our investments are typically used for recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth funding.
