Prior to joining MedEquity, Mr. Ingersoll was manager of marketing and business development at McKessonHBOC, a $75 billion drug distribution and information technology company. While there he was responsible for the business development and marketing efforts for several lines of business. Prior to McKessonHBOC, Mr. Ingersoll was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company involved with their healthcare group. At Bain, Mr. Ingersoll also advised clients on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ingersoll is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Brigham Young University, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Ingersoll has served as a director of OpenNetwork Technologies and PharmaLogic, Inc.
