MedEquity Investors, LLC

MedEquity Investors, LLC was founded in 1998 by Robert W. Daly. Mr. Daly oversees the MedEquity Direct Investment Program (MDIP), MedEquity's first investment fund. MDIP concluded its investment activities in 2001 and its principals continue to actively monitor the program's investments. Prior to founding MedEquity Investors, Mr. Daly was a Managing Director of TA Associates from 1984 to 1997, where he directed the firm's healthcare services investment program. Prominent investments included Foundation Health Systems, one of the nation's largest public HMOs, and Physician Reliance Network, a leading Physician Practice Management Company. Mr. Daly is a graduate of Brown University and the Harvard Business School. During his career, Mr. Daly has served on the boards of directors of 29 companies, 11 of which were public, including Heartlab, Inc., Decision Management International, Inc., and LeadScope, Inc.
