MCG Capital Corporation, organized and co-led a recapitalization
of PharmaLogic, Inc., a leading independent provider of nuclear
pharmaceutical services, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL.

PharmaLogic operates regional nuclear pharmacies across the U.S. which com- pound and dispense unit dose radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic imaging procedures.

MedEquity originated and co-led this investment as a result of a sector-specific research initiative. Proceeds were used for recapitalization and to fund future growth. |
