MedEquity Capital, LLC is a private equity firm investing in mid- to late-stage healthcare service and product companies. We utilize a sector-focused investment strategy to originate proprietary investments in selected areas of interest.

MedEquity has the experience, resources, and methodologies — plus the total focus on healthcare — needed to execute this strategy successfully, leading to investments at favorable valuations in attractive areas of the healthcare industry. We pursue equity investments in companies with a history of growth and profitability and typically invest between $10 and $30 million in a sector. We will consider both control and non-control investments, with proceeds typically used for recapitalizations, acquisitions, and growth funding.
